The college crop of 2012 is much weaker than that of 2011, but there are still several players with incredibly high upside. Most of the pitchers, however, tend to have little experience dominating the competition, and will look to use the regular season to show they have the stats to back their stuff.
This list will be constantly updated throughout the season.

I don’t understand how people say Adam Brett Walker has an average arm. He throws 90+ off the mound (playing around). I agree he doesn’t display it warming up, but he has made some huge throws in his career (Ask FSU’s Mike Martin if he can play defense). Not many people can out long toss him either. Too good of an athlete and too big of an arm to be limited defensively (anywhere).

I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU LEFT OFF, Andrew Heaney-LHP / OK St. and Ross Stripling-RHP?? Also, Tyler Naquin (Best Arm/Consistant hitter in Coll BB) and Tony Renda (5’8 is 2B (not) 3B-Top 2B-(Prep or College) are Absolute, Top 15 picks…
Shane in Baltimore
Well there you have it Shane. Heaney and Naquin both made the cut on the updated list thanks to the strong years they’ve had
Thanks Guys…!! Believe it or not, I originally meant Chris Stratton instead of Stripling. Even though, I liked him alot too w/ a no hit game in 2012 and very solid numbers. Too bad O’s didn’t select T.Renda, going 80th overall/Nats. I promise you, he’ll prove to be the best 2B in this past 2012 draft!
Thank GOD, we did get Christian Walker; IMO-he was the best College 1B available…
