2013 Position Rankings: Right-Handed Pitchers

Say what you will about the depth of this year’s crop of right-handers, but there’s no denying that the top two arms, Mark Appel of Stanford and Jonathan Gray of Oklahoma, would garner top ten consideration in just about any year. The second-tier of righties is also promising, and with strong 2013 campaigns, they could boost the overall depth of the draft immensely.
